Rochester, New York (Wire) April 11, 2011 -- Climate Controlled Self Storage, Inc & C. Stefanou Realtors, LLC have formed a strategic alliance to offer Stefanou Realtors clients a significant discount in temporary storage through its Webster location.

Under this alliance, active clients of C. Stefanou Realtors who are expanding and/or in transit can rent temporary space from CCSS at a major discount. Space size ranges from 25 square feet to 10,000 square feet. All space is indoor with delivery via loading dock or drive in door. The space is temperature controlled. The facility is secure. Each customer has an electronic personal passcode to enter the building.
